Women entrepreneurs in India have come a long way.

Women have faced lots of problems like gender inequality, lack of opportunities  in India. They were only supposed to do household works in this male dominated society. they were not sent to school or colleges for their education. They are always treated as weaker then men.  But now in new India things are changing women are coming forward and grabbing the opportunities and making their own way out. Now a days women are doing so good almost in every field whether it is education, sports, art, films politics business  etc. They are showing their talent and strength to the world.
If we talk about women entrepreneurs in India specifically then there is no denying in the fact that women have come a long way and doing great in this field. According to data collected in a survey almost 14 percent of the business establishments are being run by women entrepreneurs and this figure shows the success of women.

1. Prerna kumar


Prerna started his entrepreneurial journey in 2017. She turned her awesome chai (tea) making skill into a business opportunity and started "chaiveda"
















2.Vandana Luthra
                              
She is a well known entrepreneur and she is the founder and present chairperson of VLCC.
She started it in the year 1989 which is based on women grooming and cosmetics. In 2013 she was awarded with padma shri by former president Shri Pranab Mukharjee         






3. Aditi Gupta 

Aditi is the co-founder of  "menstrupedia". Menstrupedia is a comic book to illustrate girls about menstruation. It was started by aditi and her husband, she is also the author of it.
